"Chao World Battle - Now Open"

Sorry for the downtime last night and today, it was a beta test for our new Chao World Battle. Most parts of the site work now, and a few FAQs have been rewritten again. I've also solved a big coding error that almost doubled the download speed for this site. I'm also trying to decide if I should keep this blue, or change the blue to a striking orange...Tell me what you think in the chat! - Ace
